My stay at Fort Villa in Jaisalmer exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. Not only did the hotel provide impeccable service, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel at home. When I realized I had forgotten my headphones, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their attention to detail and care for guests' belongings.The room was a sanctuary of comfort, with excellent air conditioning that was a welcome relief from the desert heat. The sitting area in the room was thoughtfully arranged, offering a cozy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The terrace provided stunning views of the vibrant city below, creating a serene atmosphere to enjoy a cup of coffee from The Traveler's Cup Premium Coffee Shop nearby. The staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was truly remarkable. From organizing a private trip into the desert with no other tourists in sight to recommending authentic local restaurants like Karma Cafe and The Tandoor Roof Top Restaurant, their hospitality was unparalleled.
